Welcome to the Cloquet School District Athletic Registration page! NEW THIS YEAR: We are moving to Arbiter Registration for all student athletic forms, physicals, and digital sign-ups.
If your student plans to participate in a fall sport for the 2026–2027 school year, registration through Arbiter is required before any participation or tryouts will be allowed.
📝 Step-by-Step Registration Guide
Note: Only one account is needed per family. You can register all student-athletes under a single login.
Create an Account: Go to the Cloquet Arbiter Registration Portal to create your family account.
Activate Account: Click the activation link automatically sent to your email (be sure to check your junk/spam folder).
Select Registration & Sport: Log in, select Fall Athletic Registration 26-27, choose your student's fall sport, and answer the eligibility questions.
Upload Sports Physical: Fill out participant information and upload a current MSHSL sports physical.
Need a copy of a physical previously submitted to the district? Email: ajones@isd94.org. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response during summer hours (through August 5).
Submit: Click submit. You will receive an email confirmation once your registration has been successfully processed.
💳 Fee Payments & Financial Aid
Fees must be paid after tryouts are complete and rosters are set, but MUST be paid before the first game or scrimmage for the student to be eligible to participate.
Payment Methods
Online: Via Stripe (link available directly on the Arbiter portal once rosters are set).
In Person: At the CHS Activities Office via cash or check (payable to ISD #94).
Discounts & Financial Assistance
Free & Reduced Lunch: Cloquet families who qualify MUST submit paperwork through Food Service and receive approval before the discount can be applied.
Even if you qualified last year, you must reapply for 26-27.

Third-Party Assistance: Families using the FDL Tribal Center Sports & Activity Assistance Program or JOM must contact those agencies directly to process paperwork. This process can take several weeks, so please take action early to ensure payment is received before the first game or scrimmage.
