Please see the attached opportunity to receive Free, Walk-In Sports Physicals for your child at the CMH / Cloquet Raiter Clinic.
As a reminder, Updated Immunizations (or exemption forms) are due prior to the first day of school. You should have received a letter recently indicating the vaccines your child is in need of. Most notably, those students in Kindergarten, 7th, and 12th grades require updates.
Lastly, please reference the attached Back to School Health Check List Information.
