NEW FOR 2026–27: Online Activities Registration

Students and families must now register for activities, complete required forms, and submit payment online through Arbiter Registration.

To participate in Cloquet activities, students must complete the following:

1. MSHSL Eligibility Form
Must be completed annually in Arbiter Registration.

2. MSHSL Sports Physical
A valid sports physical must be completed and signed by a physician and uploaded to Arbiter Registration. Physicals are valid for three years from the date of the exam.

Students will not be cleared to participate in practices or tryouts until a valid physical has been submitted and approved.

3. Activity Fee
The required activity fee must be paid in full.

Important: Well-check paperwork or other invalid physical documentation will not be accepted. Parents/guardians are responsible for uploading a valid, physician-signed sports physical directly to the student's Arbiter account.
