2026 School Board Elections
The Cloquet School District will have three (3) seats open for School Board Member Elections in November 2026, with the four-year term January 2027 – January 2031.
Individuals interested in serving on the School Board are encouraged to review the information and resources below regarding candidacy requirements, filing procedures, campaign regulations, and board member responsibilities.

Filing Dates and Times
July 14–16, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
July 20–23, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
July 27, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
July 28, 2026: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Please note: The Central Office is closed on Fridays during the summer.
The filing fee is $2.00, payable by cash or check.
Candidate Withdrawal Deadline
The final day for candidates who have filed to withdraw from the election is:
July 30, 2026
