NEW FOR 2026-27: Students and families must register for activities, complete forms, and submit payment online through Arbiter Registration at https://students.arbitersports.com/organizations/cloquet-high-school

Students wishing to participate in Cloquet activities must complete the following:

1. MSHSL Eligibility Form – must be completed in Arbiter Registration annually

2. MSHSL Sports Physical – must be uploaded in Arbiter Registration (valid for three years from the date of the exam). Students will not be authorized to participate in practice or tryouts until submitted for review. Well check-up paperwork will NOT be accepted.

3. Activity Fee – paid in full

Sports physicals must be completed and signed by a physician. Completed physicals can be:
